a commencé - à Cambridge - comme un projet solo, pour ensuite devenir un duo, se muant ces temps-ci en trio - guitare, basse, batterie, harmonies vocales -
- au service d'un song-writing précis & bien british, avec un je-ne-sais-quoi de précieux, paresseux & onirique, quelque part entre Syd Barrett, Kevin Ayers ou Robyn Hitchcock.

est le bassiste/flûtiste fluet de LA LIGNE CLAIRE, un quatuor parisien jouant un post-punk bancal, frais & énergisant dont Tom Lax de Siltbreeze pense ceci:

"I'm certain the members of La Ligne Claire could no more aptly describe to you the goings on here than they could recite the running order of 'Philosophy Of The World'. But then you don't have to know The Shaggs lp to summon them. And to be fair, that's only one point what glides their rickety triangle of sound (the others being Beirut Slump & 49 Americans). Does it fly? Oh my yes! But certainly under most radar. You could also make a case that this is like a modern day take on Rosa Yemen's S/T debut from 79 & I wouldn't argue.
